Pre Order Terms

Products which are listed as pre-orders will fall under the preorder policy. 

Products which are available only as pre orders will be indicated as such within the product description.

The lead time for each pre order batch may take up to 8 months after the pre order closes. During this time, we cannot provide refunds on your order. A refund can be requested after the knife has been completed and is ready to be shipped. After the knife has been shipped, the standard policy for returns and refunds will be applied.

Due to the nature of pre orders, we typically will ask for the full amount for the pre order due to high setup costs of manufacturing.
