Avian Knives Limited Warranty

Avian Knives warrants its Fly Class and Glide Class products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 days from the date of delivery to the original owner. This warranty covers only products purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

What is Covered:

  • Mechanical failures that prevent the knife from functioning as intended.
  • Aesthetic defects present from the factory.

What is Not Covered:

  • Lost products or components.
  • Cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or modification of the product.
  • Improper sharpening techniques that significantly remove material from the blade.

Warranty Service:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Avian Knives customer service within 3 days of receiving your product. You can reach us by submitting a form via the "Contact Us" page. Be prepared to provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Avian Knives reserves the right to:

  • Request photographic evidence of the defect.
  • Repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.
  • Refuse warranty service for products deemed modified, misused, or abused.
  • Dispose of defective parts replaced under warranty.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-warranty service requests. Products deemed unsafe due to modification, misuse, or abuse will be returned disassembled, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
